How it works

Watching doesn't change you. Practice does.

You've watched hundreds of videos and kept almost none of it. That isn't a willpower problem. Your brain keeps what you use and drops the rest. So MASTRD is built as a memory system: it makes you use every idea, then keeps bringing it back right before you'd forget it. All in five minutes of your scroll time a day.

The MASTRD method

Learn it. Prove it. Keep it.

A video gives you the first step and stops. MASTRD does all three, in five minutes a day, with no finish line: new lessons keep coming, and everything you've learned keeps coming back. That's how the habits of the 0.01% become yours.

01 · Learn it

Five minutes. One idea.

No hour-long video for one good point. Each lesson is one idea that matters, in plain words, through a story or a real moment from someone who built something. The questions are set so you get most right, but not all: hard enough to stick, easy enough to keep going.

02 · Prove it

Nine ways to prove it.

Ticking a box proves nothing. You use every idea the way you'll need it: choose the right reply, spot the mistake, say it out loud while Speak it scores how you sound. When the real moment comes, you've already done it.

  • Multiple choice

Pick the answer that fits the idea.

  • Myth or fact

Swipe a claim left or right, fast.

  • Scenario

A real situation: choose the best response, then see why.

  • Rank the responses

Drag four replies from best to worst.

  • Spot the mistake

Tap the phrase that undermines a message or an email.

  • Stronger version

Choose the more commanding of two ways to say it.

  • Dialogue path

Steer a three- or four-turn conversation.

  • Commitment

Write an if-then plan: "When ___, I will ___." It becomes your mission.

  • Speak it

Say a line out loud. It scores pace, pauses and how steady you sound, on your iPhone.

Earn the next unit.

Nothing is handed to you. A trial tests every idea in a unit together, and passing it opens the next one. Then go for a Proven run: every answer right, against the clock. Proven ideas fade more slowly, so they need fewer refreshers.

03 · Keep it

Nothing you learn is ever lost.

This is the part a video can't do. Every idea you learn has a memory score that drops over time. Right before it fades, MASTRD brings it back: a few quick questions, a minute or two. Each time you get it right, the next refresher comes later. It's called spaced repetition, and it never stops: years from now, what you learned this week is still yours.

Every day

Motivation fades. Standards don't.

Pick your daily standard when you start. Meet it and your streak grows, one tick on the dial each day. Rest days are built in, so one off day doesn't erase a month. That's how five minutes becomes a habit.

Beyond the app

Right where you'd scroll.

You'll pick up your phone anyway. Now it works for you: your streak sits on the lock screen, you answer a refresher there without opening the app, and a Live Activity shows what's left to keep today's streak.

Your circle

Your circle keeps you honest.

Alone, it's easy to skip a day. With your circle watching, it isn't. Private circles of up to 12 friends: see who kept their standard this week, and nudge whoever's slipping. No open feed and no strangers.

Your first lesson takes five minutes.

On the annual plan: a free week, then under 20 cents a day.
